#Sea of thieves forums code
In line with the Xbox Community Standards, we wanted to put together a Code of Conduct that covers our expectations for community behaviour – not just in-game, but across all our official channels and community spaces. If you haven’t already, check out the Pirate Code that we created with the community back in 2017.Īs the game has grown, so has our community and the places we interact with them. Our positive community is a testament to our players and the way they’ve embraced our vision for a welcoming and inclusive multiplayer game. We’re proud that Sea of Thieves has brought together millions of players from across the world and all walks of life.īuilding the game with our community and hearing their feedback has been important to us since our very first test. Its core concept has always been players creating stories together, and since the game’s unveiling at E3 2015 we’ve loved seeing the community grow with us. The team moderates both the Forums and the Sea of Thieves community in general against the following Community Code of Conduct.Ĭommunity is a central focus for us on Sea of Thieves. More information on those roles can be found in this thread. The Sea of Thieves Forums are moderated in English by Rare Employees, Global Moderators and Deckhands. Even when waging war across the decks of rival raiders, all crews should ultimately hold one another in respect! There is a community-created Pirate Code which is the foundation for the following rules. New World at the moment is a mostly PvE game with some aspects of PvP.Here you will find a friendly community where you can give feedback, discuss ideas, give gameplay advice, share fan creations and hang out with your fellow Sea of Thieves pirates! if you think New World is a PvP game, you are insane. No need for separate divergent development roadmaps.
#Sea of thieves forums update
Update the servers together with the same updates and development. Nothing else is needed for PvP server, just disable the pvp toggle button. PvP servers will cost AGS less in the long run, because they can stop worrying about balancing PvP aspects into a PvE game. They can get rid of any PvP incentives because the “always flagged” crowd will be in their own servers.

PvP servers are the answer to all of this. PvE players are left with nerfed chests and drops, but pvp players left anyway. New World player count down by another 15%-20% for the week. Majority of PvP players do not fall for the parlor trick and are quitting the game anyway. Since PvE people for some reason want to force PvP players to remain on PvE servers, AGS put buffs on open world flagging so they don’t quit the game. Then somehow AGS thinks that this is majority opinion, then decides against PvP servers. Hi-jacking and derailing all threads asking for PvP server. PvE respond and spam every PvP thread with saying how stupid PvP servers are. PvE players disappear or refuse to acknowledge PvP server pops in WoW classic double PvE servers. WoW is most successful no PvP servers without realizing what happened to WoW pvp servers are happening to this game (being nerfed into death for ideological reasons) PvE players cried and complained that PvP shouldn’t get their own servers for although PvP players getting their own servers would not affect them in any way.
